Welcome to 11Votes ("we," "our," or "us"). Developed and operated by Kalum Short in the United Kingdom, we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
By accessing the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy, which is compliant with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR.
2. Data Collection
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register directly or via Google Social Auth.
Name, email address, profile picture, and Firebase User ID (UID).
Votes, player ratings, match predictions, and club memberships.
IP address and device information for security and analytics.
3. How We Use Data
We utilize Google Firebase services to process data for account management, calculating aggregate "Fan Consensus" scores, and preventing vote manipulation.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your theme. These are required for the site to work and are always on.
Analytics cookies are optional and off by default. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and features fans actually use — page views, and the actions that define the site (rating a player, submitting a prediction or an XI, signing up, joining a club, sharing a card). We never send Google your email address, your display name or your account ID; events carry match, player and club identifiers only.
Google Analytics does not load at all until you accept. If you decline nothing is requested from Google and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.
5. Third Parties
Advertisers (e.g., Google AdSense) may use cookies to provide interest-based advertisements. We also use API-Football for match data; no personal user data is shared with them.
6. Data Deletion
Account Deletion: You may request full deletion in Profile settings. Identity data is removed immediately. Aggregated historical votes are retained in anonymized format to preserve community consensus integrity.
